Rifflo terms of service

These terms cover the Rifflo website and audio workspace at voice-remover.com. The customer-facing service name is Rifflo and the merchant display name is voice remover. Contact support@voice-remover.com about the service, billing, or these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using the tools

Rifflo offers browser audio editing and measurement alongside cloud AI processing. Feature availability, formats, device requirements, file limits, and remaining allowances are shown in the product. A feature marked as planned or coming soon is not a promise that processing is available today.

You must be able to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you. Protect your sign-in credentials and use accurate account information. Do not use another person's account, circumvent usage limits, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Your recordings and permissions

You retain your rights in material you provide. Give us only the permission needed to perform the operation you request: processing the file, sending it to the relevant processor, storing it for the applicable period, returning results, and displaying content you choose to publish or share.

You must own the material or have permission for your intended use, including the rights of performers, speakers, and other people whose information appears in it. Removing a voice or separating stems does not remove copyright or give you a licence to distribute a recording. A public source link is not proof that downloading or reusing its content is permitted.

AI-generated outputs may be subject to a model's licence and can resemble existing content. Review the AI Statement and Licences before relying on an output for a particular use. We do not promise that every generated output has exclusive copyright protection.

Results and technical limits

Audio separation and enhancement estimate a result. Dense mixes, overlapping sounds, heavy effects, source compression, and device limitations can produce artifacts or incomplete separation. Preview important results and keep your source file. We do not guarantee identical quality for every recording, universal format support, or acceptance by a distributor, platform, or rights holder.

Browser processing depends on your device and browser. Cloud tasks depend on network access, queues, and processing providers. A failed task can require a retry. Temporary processing files and caches are not a permanent storage or backup service.

Plans, allowances, and checkout

The pricing page shows the current catalogue. Paid checkout is offered when enabled in the product. An unavailable checkout does not create a subscription or charge.

| Plan | Catalogue price, USD | Cloud allowance | | ------------ | -------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | | Anonymous | Free | 3 runs per network address per day | | Free account | Free | 10 runs per month | | Pro | $11.99 monthly or $79.99 yearly | 80 runs per month | | Pro+ | $19.99 monthly or $149.99 yearly | 150 runs per month | | Pro pass | $14.99 once for 30 days | Pro access under the pass allowance rules |

Cloud runs are limited, including on paid plans. Browser-only tools do not consume cloud-run allowances. A failed run is returned according to the job rules; a cache hit can reuse an existing result without charging another run. Specific Pro features remain subject to the server-side entitlement checks. Link imports can have a separate allowance, and anonymous imports share the anonymous limit.

If available, monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until cancelled. A 30-day Pro pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Checkout displays the final amount and any applicable tax before payment. Stripe processes authorized payments; we do not receive complete card details.

Use account billing controls to manage an active subscription. Cancelling renewal and obtaining a refund are separate actions. All paid purchases and subscription renewals have a seven-day refund-request window. The Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Accounts, sharing, and service protection

You control whether to publish a profile or share a project link. People who can access shared material may keep their own copies. Do not publish private information or content you are not entitled to share.

We may restrict unlawful use, security abuse, repeated rights violations, or attempts to bypass limits. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error. Account deletion is available through account settings, subject to cancelling any live subscription first. Browser-stored projects and copies held by other people or processing providers are separate from account deletion.

Changes, rights, and contact

Features and these terms can change as the service develops. We will update the revision date when these terms change. Review the current feature and price information before starting a paid purchase. This page does not guarantee a future release date or make a result suitable for every purpose.

Nothing here excludes a right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. If a provision cannot be applied, the rest continues to apply where permitted.
